We specialise in high-end, bespoke home renovations and builds. We typically work on full-home renovations, major extensions, or multi-room transformations.
Start by filling out our online questionnaire. This helps us understand your project, priorities, and expectations. Once we’ve reviewed it, one of our team members will get in touch for a discovery call.
This is project dependant. We are thorough in our work and you can expect a seamless process where you are kept informed about where your project is up to. This process includes an initial discovery call, site consultation, design and pricing phase, contract signing, insurance, and council/ development approvals.
We are fortunate to collaborate closely with a number of Canberra based architects and designers. If you don’t have one yet, we can introduce you to a designer we trust who aligns with your style and vision. We guide you through selections and provide input on design feasibility and construction constraints.
Yes – we provide a detailed, upfront quote that includes all foreseeable costs. Our goal is complete transparency from the outset. By investing time in thorough planning, we minimise the risk of unexpected variations or budget blowouts during the build.
Our contracts are detailed and clear. We walk you through each section, explain how variations work, and outline allowances, payment stages, and what happens at each milestone of the build.
You’ll have access to our client portal, where you can view progress photos, documentation, approvals, and variation requests. We also provide regular updates so you’re always in the loop.
It depends on the scope of the work. In most cases, we recommend moving out during construction to ensure safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption.
Yes. We offer fixed-price contracts after the design is finalised and all selections are made. This gives you clarity and peace of mind about costs before construction starts.
