Home Renovations
From kitchen and bathroom renovations to full whole-home overhauls, we renovate Canberra homes across the inner suburbs. We specialise in the 1960s and 1970s character homes that make up much of Griffith, Ainslie, Narrabundah and surrounding areas. We know what these homes need and how to bring them up to modern standard without losing what makes them worth renovating.

Home Extensions
A well-designed extension can transform how your home works without the cost and disruption of moving. We build ground floor additions, rear extensions, side additions, alfresco and outdoor living areas, and open plan reconfigurations. We handle the DA process and coordinate all trades. This includes second storey additions — building up rather than out when the block doesn’t allow for a ground floor extension.

Custom Home Builds
We design and build custom homes from the ground up across Canberra’s inner suburbs. Every home is different. We work with architects and designers to take your brief from concept to council-approved plans, then manage the build from slab to handover. Fixed-price contract before a trade is booked. We also manage knockdown rebuilds — where the block is right but the home needs to be replaced entirely.

Knockdown Rebuilds
If the block is good but the home is past its use-by date, a knockdown rebuild is often the most cost-effective path to the home you actually want. You keep your suburb, your block and your neighbours, and start fresh with a home designed entirely around you. We manage demolition, approvals and construction as a single project.

Second Storey Additions
Adding a second storey creates significant space without increasing your footprint on the block. It is one of the more complex building projects, involving structural assessment, DA approval and careful management of the construction phase. We manage the full process from engineer and architect through to handover.

The process is the same across every project:
- Discovery: We meet, talk through your project and understand what you want to achieve and what your budget looks like.
- Site visit: Jeff visits the property and works through what is possible.
- Design and approvals: We coordinate with architects where needed and manage any DA requirements through the ACT Planning Authority.
- Fixed-price contract: Every cost is itemised before we start. You know exactly what you are paying.
- Build: Your dedicated site manager runs the day-to-day. You get updates at key milestones.
- Handover: We walk through together, document any defects, and fix them before final sign-off.
